The Stanford Cardinal really made Iowa Hawkeyes fans upset, as they trolled Farmers Only and Midwest life.

Not only did the Iowa Hawkeyes get embarrassed in the first half of the Rose Bowl against the Stanford Cardinal, but their fans and all in attendance from Iowa were embarrassed by the Stanford band at halftime.

The Stanford band decided to pay tribute to Farmers Only, the dating website for farmers, and made fun of the farming side of Iowa and the Midwest.

The giant cow came onto the field, where it concluded with it being tipped over, which is essentially what Stanford’s football team did to Iowa early.

Needless to say, the Iowa fans in attendance weren’t amused by having their way of life insulted by the Stanford band. There were loud and audible boos toward the Stanford band, who went all the way with tipping the cow over.

There’s something to be said about a team on the field rubbing it in and running up the score. When the other team’s band is putting not just a school, but a state to shame, then it’s easy to see why the Iowa fans that paid a lot of money to go to the Rose Bowl get upset.

Band rivalries are nothing new and the Stanford band has had their share of famous moments. Now, they’re taking the world by storm again with cow tipping.
