KUSHIDA and Kenny Omega pulled off incredible movie-themed entrances at Wrestle Kingdom 10

New Japan Pro Wrestling’s Wrestle Kingdom 10 show from the Tokyo Dome on Monday, Jan. 4 was one of the best wrestling shows of the 2016. Though I can’t see the future, the event was that spectacular that it feels 100 percent safe to say just that. Not only was the wrestling in the ring unbelievable, but the spectacle of it all was just as fantastic. Part of that spectacle happened to be the entrances for the IWGP Jr. Heavyweight Championship match between Kenny Omega and KUSHIDA—their entrances in particular.

The Back To The Future obsessed KUSHIDA was out first and, as he’s done before, he pulled off an entrance in the theme of the Robert Zemeckis trilogy, complete with the assistance of Ryusuke Taguchi playing the role of Doc Brown while the challenger played the role of Marty McFly:

However, KUSHIDA wasn’t the only one channeling the stylings of Hollywood prior to the title match as the champ, Omega, did the same. As he’s done often in the build up of this feud to this match, he channeled his inner Arnold Schwarzenegger as the Terminator for his entrance:

It was truly a contest made for the silver screen as the two competitors channeled their favorite films for their amazing entrances into the biggest show of the year for New Japan.

For those wondering, Marty McFly (KUSHIDA) overcame The Terminator (Omega) to become the new IWGP Jr. Heavyweight Champion in a fantastic, fast-paced match.
