Someone made a New England Patriots-Star Wars mashup video that makes no sense at all.

Star Wars Episode VII: The Force Awakens is shattering all box office records and everyone is all in on the newest blockbuster film. So that means that people are going to be mixing sports highlights and star wars clips for a while now, which is hardly a new trend.

The latest mashup of the two is a hype video for the New England Patriots’ playoff run. Someone mashed up highlights of the Patriots with the trailer from the new Star Wars, which doesn’t even make one iota of sense.

The video clearly has the Patriots as the light side, while portraying the NFL as the dark side.

The problem is while that could make sense to some, the trailer is inconsistent and has Tom Brady as multiple characters. Add in the fact that many don’t see New England as the light side of the NFL and the trailer makes absolutely no sense at all.

Even worse is the fact that there will probably be more videos like this with other teams. Everyone is on a Star Wars high and the videos that are being made are beginning to not make any sense at all.
