Ben Roethlisberger was pelted with garbage while being carted off in Cincinnati.

The Cincinnati Bengals are on the verge of losing a playoff game in a fifth-straight year, and the fans are becoming insufferable clowns. In the third quarter of their Wild Card contest against the Pittsburgh Steelers, quarterback Ben Roethlisberger was sacked and had to leave the game with a right shoulder injury.

When Roethlisberger was being carted to the locker room, the future Hallof Fame quarterback was pelted with garbage from the stands. It was a classless display by a fan base that is clearly frustrated by both the lack of recent playoff success and constant losses to the Steelers.

Hopefully, any of these animals throwing garbage at an injured player are thrown out and never allowed back into the stadium. There is no excuse for acting like a moron, and that is the only way to describe these mouth-breathers.

Pittsburgh is hoping to advance into the Divisional round where it would face the Denver Broncos, but it would be hard-pressed to advance further without Roethlisberger. At this point, Landry Jones is the quarterback.
