High Value SF

Tobias Harris-Orlando Magic (5,700): Harris has been able to get nothing going from the field in his recent games, but hopefully tonight is exactly what he needs in a matchup against the Wizards who allow more fantasy points to opposing SF than any other team in the NBA.  Harris ended up playing 43 minutes last night against the Nets finishing with 12 boards, eight assists, and two blocks to get to 38.4 fantasy points despite only nine points.  He went just 3-15, but his playing time and work in the offense is enough to give owners hope that in a good matchup tonight he can get things going in the right direction. He’s also at home which usually is where he has his biggest games.

Bojan Bogdanovic-Brooklyn Nets (4,400): Bogdan burned his owners last night with just two points as he continues to struggle with his shot.  He had been on a streak of seven games with at least 17 fantasy points before just 2.2 last night.  Against the Pistons tonight, he’ll try to bounce back, and he gets enough playing time and shots to turn things around if some start going in.

Luol Deng-Miami Heat (4,300): Deng had been trending the opposite of Bogdanovic, but he had a uptick in production last night with a big game against the Suns. He had 27.2 fantasy points in his 29 minutes with a solid, balanced line of ten points, six rebounds, four assists, and two steals.  Deng has at least 19 fantasy points in five of his last ten games, and he contributes in a lot of different categories even though he usually doesn’t score a ton of points.

James Johnson-Toronto Raptors (3,500): If Terrence Ross isn’t able to play tonight after leaving last night’s game with a back injury, Johnson will get plenty of playing time on the wing tonight in a great matchup against the 76ers. Johnson has scored eight points in each of his last two games and added nine rebounds for a total of 18.8 fantasy points.
