BYU Cougars vs. Gonzaga Bulldogs

After a shaky and injury-plagued start to their 2015-16 season, the Gonzaga Bulldogs have won seven consecutive games and have again cracked the Top 25 college basketball rankings. They’ll have their toughest test in a while, though, as they welcome a talented BYU Cougars team to McCarthey Atheltic Center on Thursday nights.

There’s no question that Gonzaga is led by a talented frontcourt duo in Kyle Wiltjer and Domantas Sabonis, both of whom have been absolutely phenomenal all season in leading this Bulldogs team to success. However, BYU isn’t without talent of their own as Chase Fischer, Nick Emery, and Kyle Collinsworth have all been playing a high quality brand of basketball. However, the Cougars will need to step it up against a higher level of competition on Thursday night if they want to have a prayer of knocking off a No. 25-ranked Gonzaga team.
