Here are my NFL FanDuel picks for playoffs week 2:

Next: Quarterback and Running Backs

Jan 3, 2016; Denver, CO, USA; Denver Broncos running back Ronnie Hillman (23) scores a touchdown in the fourth quarter against the San Diego Chargers at Sports Authority Field at Mile High. The Broncos defeated the Chargers 27-20. Mandatory Credit: Ron Chenoy-USA TODAY Sports

Quarterback:

QB – Cam Newton – For my money there is no hotter QB or any one else I would prefer to hav at the helm for my daily fantasy league this week. Newton has been magnificent and has taken a huge step in his career this year. I am excited to see how well he plays when the season is on the line and am expecting a big week out of him this week.

Running Backs:

RB – Jonathan Stewart – I am usually a bit hesitant to go with a QB and a RB from the same team. However, when the amount of teams is limited sometimes you have to make an exception to your normal rules. I am starting Stewart with a ton of confidence and believing that he will find theend zone at least once.

RB – Ronnie Hillman – Hillman finished the season on a high note with over 19 fantasy points and looks to be poised to carry the load for the Broncos moving forward. He could split time fairly evenly with C. J. Anderson,  but I expect the Broncos to use a heavy dose of the ground game with the aging Peyton Manning under center.

Next: Wide Receivers

Jan 3, 2016; Glendale, AZ, USA; Seattle Seahawks linebacker Bruce Irvin (51) dives to tackle Arizona Cardinals wide receiver John Brown (12) in the first half at University of Phoenix Stadium. Mandatory Credit: Mark J. Rebilas-USA TODAY Sports

Wide Receivers:

WR – Demaryius Thomas – Thomas had a great game to finish the regular season as well and he looks to be moving into the playoffs with a lot of confidence despite which QB is under center. Thomas is a professional and has a great rapport with both QBs and should be a great play regardless of who is playing.

WR – John Brown – Brown has been a little off in the weeks leading up to the playoffs. However, I am expecting the Cardinals to get him involved early and often and I look for this young man to shine.

WR – Doug Baldwin – Baldwin has also been mildly mediocre in the past few weeks. However he had some huge weeks as the regular season was winding down. From around week eight through week 12 he was dropping roughly 20 fantasy points a game. I am looking for that kind of upside this  week.

Next: Tight End, Kicker and Defense

Jan 9, 2016; Houston, TX, USA; Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce (87) is pushed out of bounds by Houston Texans inside linebacker Benardrick McKinney (55) during the in the third quarter in a AFC Wild Card playoff football game at NRG Stadium. Mandatory Credit: Kirby Lee-USA TODAY Sports

Tight End:

TE – Travis Kelce – Kelce was huge for the Chiefs last week as Alex Smith went to him early and often. He finished the game with eight catches for 128 yards and should be big for the Chiefs again this week.

DEF – Denver Broncos – The Denver Broncos have been playing extremely well on the defensive side of the ball. Fantasy wise they have not been extremely great over the past few weeks, but they get the Steelers this week who should be without Ben Roethlisberger.

K – Graham Gano – Once again I am of the impression that we should ban all kickers from fantasy football. However, since not many people seem to agree with me right now I will roll with Graham Gano this week.
