John Wall flies to hoop for monster dunk (Video)
Washington Wizards guard John Wall showed off his ridiculous athletic ability against the Boston Celtics.
John Wall has always been able to do ridiculous things on a basketball court, but his game has become even more ridiculous this season.
His athletic prowess is coming into full force and he’s making plays that superstars make. Against the Boston Celtics on Sunday, Wall put on an impressive showcase of athleticism and power.
After a nice steal by center Marcin Gortat, Wall was fed a pass on the fast break and he kicked it into another gear as he took flight for a big one-handed slam.
As Wall took off for the dunk, he actually gained speed on his way to the hoop and zoomed right in for the electric slam.
How is it possible for a human to move that fast through the air?
Wall’s dunk and take-off was so fierce that the Celtics’ Kelly Olynyk played the role of a matador and got out of the way to let Wall do his thing. All season long, Wall has been going out and putting on a performance to show why he is one of the best point guards in the league.
With plays like this, it’s easy to put him in that category.
