Jonathan Stewart just a made a little girl a fan of his for life as he handed off his first quarter touchdown run and she was simply ecstatic.

The Carolina Panthers marched down the field almost effortlessly on their first drive of the game, as Panthers running back Jonathan Stewart had 75 rushing yards on that drive, capping it off with an easy touchdown scamper up the middle to put Carolina up 7-0 on the Seattle Seahawks.

Stewart then took a play out of his teammate and quarterback Cam Newton’s playbook, as Stewart went looking for someone to hand his touchdown football off to. He found a little girl in a Panthers jersey in a pink hit and she was completely beside herself, when Stewart handed her the football.

She was in disbelief when Stewart handed her the touchdown football. She looked to her mom and dad, jumping up and down while protecting the football like her new favorite player in Stewart. The crowd at Bank of America Stadium erupted when Stewart found the end zone, as it was a magical moment for the young fan and the Panthers faithful in downtown Charlotte.

Getting the first touchdown of the day helped Panthers gain early momentum in the NFC Divisional Round home game against the Seahawks, the two-time reigning NFC Champions. That touchdown by Stewart best exemplified that the road to the Super Bowl in the NFC does in fact run throw Charlotte.

With a strong Carolina team, they look to host the No. 2 Arizona Cardinals at home next week in the 2016 NFC Championship Game. It has been a matchup that the NFL has been dying to see since both teams ascended to the top of the NFC early this season. Both clubs are certainly capable of winning Super Bowl 50 in Santa Clara, California in three weeks time.
