Arizona Cardinals

Marshawn Lynch might be in the mood to stick it to the Seahawks if they release him. A great way for Marshawn Lynch to do that would be to sign with one of their rivals. The Cardinals could use him and should be interested in him if he is released.

The Cardinals have relied heavily on Chris Johnson and David Johnson to lead their running game. David Johnson has proven that he is a pretty good running back but Chris’s contract is up after this season. If they’re looking for a complimentary piece to Johnson, Marshawn Lynch could be that guy. Lynch and David Johnson would split the carries. They would, however, need to look for a quicker back. But good luck stopping Lynch and Johnson if they get going.

Arizona’s offensive line helped Chris Johnson look like the Johnson of old with 4.2 yards per carry. Their offensive line could do the same thing for Lynch. Lynch would be a reliable third down back for them and also provide depth in case David Johnson gets injured.

The Cardinals are a team that need to tweak their team just a tad bit to be ready to win a Super Bowl. Marshawn Lynch could be the missing piece of the puzzle for the Cardinals.
