Syracuse Orange vs. Duke Blue Devils

The Duke Blue Devils had a rough past week as they were upset by two unranked ACC opponents. They’ll look to rectify their shortcoming from the past week in another big ACC matchup on Monday night, though, as they’ll be in the hallowed Cameron Indoor Stadium to take on a dangerous Syracuse Orange team.

Brandon Ingram and Grayson Allen are going to have to show more consistent top level play as Duke enters ACC play if they want to stay among college basketball’s best and not incur anymore big losses. That’s going to be especially important with Amile Jefferson still sidelined indefinitely due to injury. The Orange will look to punce on this reeling Duke team to pick up a signature win on the 2015-16 season. Michael Gbinije has been big-time for Syracus all season, but the likes of Trevor Cooney and Malachi Richardson must step up in a big way to topple Duke.
