Casey Neistat snowboards around New York City during blizzard (Video)

34-year-old Casey Neistat decided to make New York City his playground after Winter Storm Jonas

Winter Storm Jonas buried most of the East East in snow, especially New York City. Youtube celebrity Casey Neistat decided to make the best of it and went out snowboarding. He wisely brought along a bunch of cameras, selfie sticks, and drones to capture all of the action. The end of the video is definitely worth watching.

The New York Police Department didn’t really seem to mind Neistat at all. He does get pulled over towards the end of the video but they are very understanding. The people who witnessed Casey Neistat snowboarding across New York seemed to really enjoy it. Good to see that there’s people out there who can take lemons and turn them into lemonade.

“When it came to taking advantage of a storm this rare,” Neistat said, via Buzz Feed, “riding around on a snowboard seemed like a clear choice.”

Winter Storm Jonas dropped roughly 30 inches across New York City and was one of the worst winter storms to ever hit the Big Apple. Neistat made the most of it and probably made a lot of people laugh while doing so.
