High Value PF

Clint Capela-Houston Rockets (6,000): Capela will likely get another start since Dwight Howard didn’t practice yesterday and coach J.B. Bickerstaff said he could miss 3-4 days three days ago.  There is a chance Howard plays, but Capela is definitely the more likely starter.  In three of his last four games Capela has at least 24 fantasy points including on Friday when he started against the Bucks and had six points, nine rebounds, two blocks, and two assists.  Whenever he starts he is a double-double threat and can give good supplemental defensive numbers as well. Assuming no Howard-

Josh Smith-Houston Rockets (3,600): Smith was re-acquired by the Rockets and made his return on Friday with two points, five rebounds, six assists, three blocks, and two steals against Milwaukee for a total of 26.25 fantasy points. He was totally un-involved in LA, so the move makes him somewhat fantasy relevant again since Houston obviously sees something in him.  His role is still very undefined, but if you go cheap at PF, he’s a flier you could definitely take.
