High Salary C

Pau Gasol-Chicago Bulls (8,500): TThe only center in the 8,000’s I’d consider is Pau Gasol who is playing big minutes with Joakim Noah done for the year.  Gasol has as least 50 fantasy points in two of his last four games, and he is coming off a pair of nice games against Boston and Cleveland.  On Saturday against the Cavs, Gasol poured in 25 points to go with ten rebounds, six assists, a block, and a steal for a total of 41.5 fantasy points. He should keep getting plenty of offensive work tonight against a Miami team that is extremely thin due to injuries.

Marcin Gortat-Washignton Wizards (7,100): Gortat has posted three straight double-doubles since returning from dealing with swelling in his knee. He had 18 points and 11 boards against Boston in his first game back, and he’ll face them again tonight looking to post over 35 fantasy points for the fourth straight game.

Karl-Anthony Towns-Minnesota Timberwolves (6,900): The Cavs were gauged by Pau Gasol in their last game, and there should be room for the Timberwolves rookie to work against Cleveland tonight.  He had 33 fantasy points against the Cavs when the teams met just over two weeks ago, and he has at least 33 fantasy points in six of his last ten games.  Towns had a monster game against the Mavericks on Wednesday of last week piling up 67.25 fantasy points on 27 points and 17 rebounds, so his ceiling is sky-high if he can take advantage of Cleveland’s defensive issues and turn in a solid line tonight.
