Dwyane Wade knocks down three in Pau Gasol’s face (Video)

Miami Heat guard Dwyane Wade put the final nail in the Chicago Bulls‘ coffin with a big a three right in Pau Gasol’s face.

Dwyane Wade might be from Chicago, but the Miami Heat shooting guard showed his hometown no love on Monday night. With the Heat playing a critical game on the road against the Chicago Bulls in a fight for playoff positioning, Wade put on his best performance in front of many of his fans.

The Heat held a two-point lead late on the road against the Bulls and that’s when Wade put the game to rest. With Wade slowly dribbling down time, he had Pau Gasol draped all over him. Despite the much larger Gasol being in his space, Wade put down a filthy three right in Gasol’s face to extend his teams lead and put a dagger right in the Bulls’ chances.

That’s quite the shot to make with Gasol in his face, but it’s why Wade is the man in Miami. He knew his team needed a big performance from him and he went out on the court and made it happen.

Leaders go out and lead their teams to victory no matter the odds. Wade’s dagger three gave his team the lift they needed to get the win on the road.
