2. Utah Jazz

Remember coming into the 2014 NBA Draft when it seemed like Dante Exum was going to end up with the Los Angeles Lakers? Well the Utah Jazz were able to snag Exum two picks in front of where the Lakers were picking and the rest was history.

What if there was still a way to get Exum in Los Angeles? The 21-year-old point guard tore his ACL before the season, but he is still one of the most talented young players in the league. Add in the reports that the Jazz are shopping for a point guard and perhaps an Exum for D’Angelo Russell swap makes sense.

The Jazz get a talented young guard without health issues, while the Lakers get the point guard that they actually always wanted. There might have to be some picks exchanged between the two sides but of all the fun trades to think about, this one is actually one of the easier straight-up deals to make for Russell.

Both guards are filled with potential and will likely be superstars in the league for many years to come. A change of places for both might allow them to take off and become the players that they are expected to be.
