After plenty of exciting plays by both sides (including two fake punts), Team Irvin eventually prevailed as the winning team. Team Rice’s quarterback, Derek Carr was the game’s leading passer. He threw for 198 yards with one touchdown and two interceptions.

The leading rusher of the game was Latavius Murray, who belonged to Team Irvin. Murray rushed for 42 yards on nine attempts. Ultimately, the game’s leading receiver was Team Irvin’s Allen Robinson. Robinson was a Pro Bowl alternate and was invited to the game after Calvin Johnson declined the invitation. The Jaguars receiver caught two passes for 105 yards and a score.

Russell Wilson was awarded the game’s MVP for his 164 passing yards and three touchdowns.

This year’s Pro Bowl was also the final game for NFL legend, Charles Woodson. Woodson announced during the season that this would be his last year. The 18th-year veteran was voted into the Pro Bowl and he laced up his cleats for one last game.
