On Friday afternoon Portland Trail Blazers’ star Damain Lillard had his newest signature shoe, the DLillard2, released by adidas. As expected, Lillard got pairs of that shoe for himself, with one pair becoming a one-of-a-kind pair of roller skates thanks to adidas and Recon Northwest, a company based in Portland.

Lillard often uses roller skating as a way to relax and hang out with his family and friends on off days, so turning the shoes into a pair of skates was a nice touch from adidas. Pictures of the skate can be seen on Nice Kicks, but it is safe to say that Recon crushed it. From the custom colored wheels designed to match the rest of the Blazer colored shoes to the plate that the wheel site on being custom designed to have the same print as the sole of the normal shoe, the skates are just incredible looking.

Now we just need to see the skates in action the next time Lillard gets out to a rink.

(h/t to Nice Kicks for the find)
