We’re getting a look at who The Undertaker might be facing at WrestleMania 32 in Dallas and it’s not the best idea in the world.
As we inch closer to April 3, we could all see the WrestleMania 32 card starting to take shape. However, there is one thing that remains a mystery, that being who The Undertaker might face. Originally reported plans had him facing John Cena in one of the ultimate showdowns of this generation, but with Cena out dealing with an injury, those plans had to be scrapped and the legend has been left without an opponent.
Well, now we’re learning who the “Deadman” might be stepping into the ring with at the biggest show of the year, and to be quite blunt, it’s maybe the worst idea in the world.
According to PW Insider (membership required), tentative plans as of right now have The Undertaker stepping into the ring with the big man of the Wyatt Family, Braun Strowman.
Sure, on paper this might look good to WWE, as Strowman has been protected so it looks even better when ‘Taker defeats him in front of 100,000 people. But the reality of the situation is that Strowman is not all that experienced in the ring, and with Undertaker not getting any younger, this could be a pretty dangerous move. As of late, Undertaker has been put in the ring with fellow wrestlers that will take care of him in there, and you’d have to think Strowman is not the best option to keep that trend going.
As with everything else, these tentative plans could change. But for right now, we’re headed for this match, which might not turn out all that well.
