Sacramento Kings center DeMarcus Cousins exchanged words with Chicago Bulls assistant coach Randy Brown after the game.

DeMarcus Cousins isn’t afraid to be confrontational and he isn’t afraid to mix it up with anyone. On Wednesday night, the Chicago Bulls escaped Sacramento with a hard-fought win and after the game, there was a little bit of tension on the court involving Cousins.

As players and coaches were leaving the court, Cousins confronted Bulls assistant coach Randy Brown and it appeared the two had words with each other. Bulls forward Pau Gasol tried to diffuse the situation and Cousins eventually went his way after.

It’s not clear what the problem was between the two, but neither appeared to be happy with each other and Cousins clearly took exception to something. These are two teams with a lot of pride and play with tremendous physicality, so it’s not that surprising to see some post-game fireworks.

Cousins had a big game for the Kings in a losing effort and brought his best just like he has over the last month. While he was getting physical in the paint, he was ready to mix it up with Brown after the game.

Don’t get Cousins mad, Brown!
