Mike Tyson stars in a local ad for a plumber (Video)

During Super Bowl 50, a commercial aired in the Washington D.C. area that featured Mike Tyson promoting a plumbing company.

Everyone knows that one of the biggest parts of Super Bowl Sunday, is the ads that play during the game. While the national ads are what people remember the most besides the game, there occasionally comes along an ad that plays in a local market that is random and has everyone questioning what they just saw.

This year, fans watching the game in the Washington D.C. area were treated to a commercial for a local plumbing company “Michael & Son” that featured former boxer Mike Tyson.

In the commercial, Tyson plays a boxing ref while also promoting the plumbing company. A random boxer jumps into the ring during the ad and Tyson jumps into action delivering a vicious knockout to the random boxer that jumped into the ring. It’s a strange ad and definitely one that fans in the D.C. area probably weren’t expecting to see. However, it’s got everyone talking and it’s great for the plumbing company that paid Tyson to come in and deliver a knockout in one of their ads.

With an ad like that, it’s a shame that not everyone got to see it.
