This is when you need to tune into the Super Bowl 50 halftime show starring Coldplay and Beyonce.
The halftime show of every Super Bowl is one of the biggest events in music every year. Since this is the 50th anniversary of the big game, they’re pulling out all the stops by bringing in Coldplay and Beyonce. The inclusion of Beyonce isn’t surprising given her recent appearance with the British band on their new album “A Head Full of Dreams.”

It is hard to nail an exact start time for the halftime show since it could fall in any window based on the play of the game. Since the game will start at 6:30 p.m. ET, 8 p.m. ET is a safe bet for when the halftime show will begin, tuning in a little early might be wise to play it on the safe side. It never hurts to set the game to DVR to make sure you don’t miss a second. The halftime show will also be live-streamed online for viewers who can’t get in front of a television.
The halftime show is a huge stage for artists. Last year’s halftime show was the most-watched in history with 118 million viewers. Given the scale of the game and the power-duo of Coldplay and Beyonce, Super Bowl 50’s halftime show could break that record.
