Who took home the NBA All-Star Celebrity Game MVP award on Friday night?

The NBA All-Star Celebrity Game took place on Friday night between Team USA, coached by comedian Kevin Hart, and Team Canada, coached by rapper Drake. It took place in the Ricoh Coliseum in Toronto, Canada and featured actors, comedians, musicians, former NBA players as well as a WNBA player.

This is a game that won’t feature many highlights given that there is little to no talent on the floor except for a few former NBA players and a WNBA player. The only thing to note of is Hart coming out of “retirement” to play a few minutes with Team USA.

No one really starred in the 2016 version of the NBA All-Star Celebrity Game but Arcade Fire lead singer Win Butler took home the award for MVP after fan voting took place towards the end of the contest. This ended Hart’s streak of four consecutive MVP awards.

This was an uneventful Celebrity All-Star Game that won’t go down in the record books for anything exciting. Let’s see if the rookies and sophomores in the BBVA Rising Stars Challenge can get the fun going on the first night of NBA’s All-Star festivities.
