Guarding Stephen Curry is a hard task. With his unlimited range and incredible handle there isn’t really a good way to make him do something different. The best thing to do seems to be pick up Curry up around the halfcourt line and force him to drive towards the rim and finish over traffic. Of course that is much easier said than done. On Wednesday night the Miami Heat learned just how hard at the end of the first quarter.

That is right, Curry just casually pulled up from around 40 feet and drilled the three without hitting the rim. I’m not entirely sure how you do anything about that. Play up any tighter and you risk fouling Curry or having him blow by you. Lay off and it makes things that much easier for the best shooter in the history of basketball.

It is insane that this is not that crazy for Curry but we should still enjoy each and every absurd thing that he does because Stephen Curry is a magical person.
