High Value SF

Evan Turner-Boston Celtics (5,700): Another player for the Celtics who will need to pick up his game as the team battles injuries is Evan Turner.  Turner has been playing extremely well for Boston lately and can produce in a variety of categories. In his last ten games, Turner has averaged 12.2 points, 6.5 rebounds, and 5.5 assists in his 28 minutes per game off the bench.  He has nine rebounds in each of his last two games but hasn’t quite been able to get to a double-double.  When he last faced the Bucks, he had ten assists to go with six points and six boards, and he almost always finds some way to contribute for Boston and for your fantasy team. Since Boston will ned him to be more involved, he’ll be a good play tonight.

Harrison Barnes-Golden State Warriors (4,500): Barnes is fairly low-risk since he logs so much time for the defending champions.  He has been able to score at least 11 points in each of his last three games finishing with 25.5 fantasy points, 21.3 fantasy points, and 19.5 fantasy points. He doesn’t typically go off since he is far from the primary option on offense, but he plays big enough minutes that he’ll usually get you something even though his ceiling isn’t super-high.

Maurice Harkless-Portland Trail Blazers (4,400): Harkless had a bit of a letdown against Brooklyn on Tuesday finishing with just 9.7 fantasy points in 18 minutes after logging over 25 minutes and posting over 25 fantasy points in each of his three previous contests.  His best game during that time came against the Rockets when he had 19 points and 13 boards in 28 minutes while finishing with 40.1 fantasy points.  E’ll look to get back on track against Houston again tonight in the late game and he’s still one of the sub-5K SF with the most upside on the board despite his rough outing on Tuesday.
