Von Miller is an impending free agent this offseason. Here are five teams who should sign him if they get the chance.

Von Miller is set for a huge pay day. After last year’s best outside linebacker Justin Houston signed a huge six-year, $101 million deal with a whopping $52 million guaranteed, Miller will be hoping for a deal that eclipses his AFC West rival. His current team, the Super Bowl-winning Denver Broncos have stated that they wish to tie up Miller to a long-term deal and will be hoping to do so without him testing the open market.

Miller was simply superb this season, causing opposing offensive lines all sorts of issues with his lightning quick first step and ability to cause havoc in offense’s backfield. Miller racked up 11 sacks, 35 tackles and a pass defended. However, the stat that tells of his great ability is the four fumbles he forced during the 16-game regular season.

The Texas A&M product has a nose for the big play, and it was ultimately his ability to take over a game that won the Broncos the Super Bowl. While much of the hype surrounded Peyton Manning vs league MVP Cam Newton, the real stars of the Super Bowl were on the Denver defense. The secondary was outstanding, led by cornerbacks Chris Harris Jr. and Aqib Talib, and the pass rush — simply phenomenal.

It was the pressure that Denver’s defense was able to put on Newton that won them that game, and it all stemmed from the ridiculous Von Miller. Miller forced two fumbles, made six tackles, had 2.5 sacks and a pass defended. Wow!! That is the definition of turning up for the big game, and there will be plenty of teams hoping to get their hands on the best outside linebacker in the league.

Lets start with arguably the NFL’s worst team.
