Avery Bradley must be aware that game winners come in many shapes in sizes. Shots, layups, dunks, free throws, etc they’re all unique and special. That said, even he must be a little surprised about winning a game with a block of all things.

Okay so technically this didn’t win the game by itself, but the end was nothing more than a quick shot and free throw competition, and the Boston Celtics victory can be traced back to this perfect block. I mean perfect. Look at how much Bradley smothers Gordon Hayward without even fouling. Then, to time the jump perfectly in order to not only contest the shot, but prevent one from even happening is a special kind of defense.
