Not many NBA players have had a bigger impact than Allen Iverson. He was a pioneer of swag as he rocked cornrows, kicked everyone’s ass despite his slight frame and revolutionized the crossover.

Iverson’s handle were not to be messed with. AI wasn’t the biggest guy, so he had to use creativity to get his buckets. His most notable crossover came against one of the greatest players of all-time in Michael Jordan.

Iverson decided to go 1-on-1 with Jordan, who is heralded as one of the better perimeter defenders. AI sizes up his defender at the top of the key, crosses over from left to right, then back again through the legs. At this point, MJ is slightly off-balance, so Iverson strikes again. He crosses over again to his right — past Jordan’s outstretched left hand — and creates enough space to get his jumper off.
