There aren’t many guard/center pick-and-roll combinations in the league that are more fun than John Wall and Marcin Gortat. Wall is able to find the big man with an array of fancy looks that Gortat efficiently and dutifully finishes on a regular basis. They were at it again tonight against the Pistons.

Gortat crushes Wall’s man, Kentavious Caldwell-Pope, on a screen, and John rewards the Polish Hammer with this flashy left-handed behind-the-back bounce pass (via @WashWizards):

Low bounce passes to rolling seven-footers is often a recipe for disaster, but Gortat makes a nice scoop and gets the layup to go all in one motion.
