James Harden-Houston Rockets (10,300): Harden had a very “Harden”-type game last night against the Timberwolves scoring 29 points in his 38 minutes and adding in a solid 14 assists and five rebounds to go with nine turnovers for a total of 53 fantasy points. It was his first game in his last five with over 50 fantasy points although he had over 45 in each of his five games before that.  Some of his down games were due to blowouts or going up against a very good defensive team, and he looked back to his usual self last night.  He will have to rise to the occasion again tonight for the Rockets in their playoff quest as they take on the Hawks in Atlanta.  Harden had 26 points, ten boards, eight assists, and a steal when he faced the Hawks earlier this year, and he should be set up for another active game tonight.

Lance Stephenson-Memphis Grizzlies (7,200): FanDuel is really trying to correct for some of the “bargain” plays the have been productive lately.  As a result, Lance’s price has jumped all the way to 7.2K as he faces his former team the Clippers tonight in Memphis.  Stephenson has at least 35 fantasy points in four straight games and had a monster 52.4 fantasy points against the Pelicans in his best game during that span last Friday. Stephenson started at PG for the Grizz on Thursday against the Bucks and had 19 points, seven rebounds, and six assists for a solid 35.4 fantasy points. He’ll be extra motivated taking on the Clippers tonight, so Stephenson is set up for a monster game since he’s so much the focus of the Memphis attack since their recent rash of injuries.  I love Stephenson tonight, but I would have loved him even more if he was a little bit cheaper.

Monta Ellis-Indiana Pacers (6,600): Ellis and the Pacers face Russell Westbrook and the Thunder tonight who have been giving up plenty of fantasy points to opposing PG.  Ellis has been putting together a nice run with at least 32 fantasy points in seven of his last ten games.  He only had eight points in his 43 minutes against the Raptors on Thursday, but he still managed 32 fantasy points since he had seven rebounds, seven assists, and four steals.  If his shots start dropping, Ellis could be in for a monster night, but he’s logging enough minutes to be a solid consideration even if he doesn’t fill up the scoring category.
