Alabama looks to win three SEC Championships in a row and four out of the last five, but these five teams could dethrone the reigning champs.

There is no doubt that Nick Saban has brought back the dynasty that is the Crimson Tide in the last 10 years. Since 2007, the Tide has won four SEC Championships as well as four National Championships. To say they have been a dominant program is an understatement.

Saban’s recruiting ability has helped Alabama reload year in and year out, consistently having top-five recruiting classes. Despite being a dominant program, the SEC is a formidable conference, with programs having the talent to take down the Tide. Although they have won or shared the West Division of the SEC, the best division in the nation, they will have a tough task ahead of them if they want to claim a third SEC title in a row.

With relatively new coaches scattered throughout the conference, mainly in the East, there is a refreshed feel about the conference. Kirby Smart at Georgia, Will Muschamp at South Carolina and Jim McElwain at Florida all look to energize the East again to compete not only for SEC Championships, but also for National Championships. But with Alabama again looking strong, these are the five teams that could take away their bid for a third straight SEC Championship.

Next: 5. Kirby Smart could bring Georgia back to the top.
