Because you demanded it, Gronk is now on Instagram.

There goes the neighborhood. The Instagram neighborhood, that is, as New England Patriots tight end and all-around media personality Rob Gronkowski has now joined the social media network. And his first post is pure Gronk.

Wondering why that blast of Gronk goodness was so long? As Fox Sports points out, Gronkowski joined Instagram the same day that it began allowing 60-second videos, up from 15 seconds prior.

Coincidence? Surely not. Gronkowski has already racked up more than 364,000 followers off the strength of that single post, and it’s certainly not going to be hard to figure out who @gronk is supposed to be.

Though plenty of NFL fans are sure to be on some “Gronk should be out practicing football” stuff, he manages to show up in shape and ready to go every season, so his hijinks can be largely overlooked for just the silly sideshow that they are.

So welcome Gronk. We’re sure you’re going to find Instagram a comfortable home for you, and it’s not like we’d be brave enough to tell you to get lost even if we wanted you to stay away.
