Dwyane Wade blocked Kobe Bryant in an epic one-on-one battle in the final meeting between the two.

The Miami Heat and Los Angeles Lakers are playing each other on Wednesday night, and that means that it is the last time that Dwyane Wade and Kobe Bryant will face off against each other. The two men have won a combined eight NBA Championships and have played in a combined 12 NBA Finals. To say their final meeting would be a big one, would be an understatement.

The two even went at it on the court early against each other. Bryant tried to back down Wade and hit his famous jumper, but Wade knew what was coming after many battles with his friend and got the better of him in their last encounter.

Both of these men are two of the greatest to ever play the game of basketball and knowing that it is the final encounter between the two makes it an even more special moment on the court. Those two players in their prime were very similar in on-court play and both could put up a ton of points in a hurry.

It’s been quite the ride, but it was great seeing them face each other one-on-one just one last time.
