Here’s all the information you need to watch the MLB Opening Day matchup between the Chicago Cubs and Los Angeles Angels

The Chicago Cubs believe this could be their year as they enter the 2016 season being called the favorite to win the NL Central. 2015 Cy Young award winner Jake Arrieta takes the mound for Joe Maddon’s club on opening day against the Los Angeles Angels in Anaheim.

Los Angeles, the team that pulled off 85-wins last season, looks to get back into the postseason after failing to make it to the playoffs in five of the past six years. Manager Mike Scioscia is  sending right hander Garrett Richards to the mound to try and get their season started off the right way.

Richards went 15-12 for L.A. last season in 32 starts. He posted an ERA of 3.65 while striking out 176 batters and walking 76. He will try and out-duel Arrieta who won 22 games and lost six en route to his award winning season. Arrieta had an amazing ERA of 1.77 while striking out 236 and walking 48 batters.
