Justise Winslow throws insane pass, Luol Deng drops it (Video)

Miami Heat rookie Justise Winslow set his teammate Luol Deng up with a sweet pass, only for Deng to drop it.

There’s nothing quite worse then a play that seems destined for the highlight reel to end up going the other way. When it comes to making a sweet play in basketball off of insane passes, it takes two players to connect and that did not happen in Miami on Tuesday night.

With the Heat and Detroit Pistons facing off in a game with plenty of playoff implications for both sides, both teams are giving each other all that they can handle.

Early on it looked like Heat rookie Justise Winslow would have the sweetest pass of the night, but Luol Deng just could not hold on. As Deng drove the lane, Winslow hit him with an insane no-look pass. Deng would proceed to fumble the ball around on the ground and what was set to be a great play became squandered.

Everyone drops a pass at some point and Deng was right there in good position to catch it. Yet like a true Miami Dolphins wide receiver, he let it bounce off his hands incomplete.
