Jason Puncheon gave Crystal Palace a 1-0 lead that they definitely needed on Saturday

As the Premier League season comes to a close down the stretch here, there are teams that desperately need all the points they can get for a good spot on the table. Two of these clubs are Crystal Palace and Norwich City, who just happen to be playing one another on Saturday.

Well, in the second half, Jason Puncheon made sure that his side would be in good position to come out with the win in this one.

These two bottom-dwellers of the table went scoreless through the first half and into the second, but that all changed in the 68th minute when Puncheon nailed in this left-footed shot from outside the box to give his team the much-needed lead in this one as time winds down.

Puncheon completely lost his mind and so did Palace supporters all over, especially those that were in the stadium to see the goal take place, and you can’t really blame them. They very much need to come out with something positive in this one, and they’re well on their way now.

As for Norwich, it looks like it might just be more heartbreak.
