Besides the Golden State Warriors who are about to reach 73 wins, which teams are entering the 2015-16 NBA playoffs with the most momentum?

Who would have expected the Boston Celtics would defeat the Golden State Warriors in Oracle Arena in week 23, let alone expect the Minnesota Timberwolves to do the same just a week later? No one, unless you’re an optimistic fan that won’t let historic dominance get in the way of that optimism. But while the Warriors weren’t continuing their bizarre trend of losing to such teams, they also beat the San Antonio Spurs twice last week, furthering their journey to 73 wins and making a bold statement in the process.

After the Warriors lost the last matchup 87-79 due to some exceptional lockdown defense from the Spurs, they needed these two wins. These games may not be at the level of significance in the increased intensity of a playoff series, but they were important nonetheless and reiterated the Warriors’ strength against the best in the NBA.

So, along with looking into their performance, there are plenty of other teams and players to discuss in this week’s episode with the playoffs only a few days away.
