66.
If the Celtics take Bender at three, the Phoenix Suns might face a real conundrum at the fourth overall pick. The Suns have had an unthinkably disappointing season, and look like they could clean house this summer. Most of their holdovers, however, are guards; Brandon Knight, Eric Bledsoe, and Devin Booker all play in the backcourt, and that could make it difficult to find meaningful playing time for Kris Dunn or Jamal Murray.

Brown would be a risk at four – He’s blessed with incredible physical tools, but outside of a January stretch where he shot 49.5 percent from the field and averaged 17.6 points per game, he never really showed that he had an offensive skill set that could translate to the next level. Brown has serious issues with turnovers (17.4 percent of his used possessions), and his defense wavered throughout the second half of the season. Still though, he does have room to develop, and there were times when he looked like he could develop into a destructive defensive player and rim-rocking finisher.

Phoenix looks like they could afford to grab Brown and let him develop as part of their core, and the spacing Booker, Knight, and Archie Goodwin will provide may open up things for his outside shooting to be less of an issue. The Suns need major defensive help, and Brown projects to be able to be a major factor on the perimeter, even if his offense has serious questions.
