The Philadelphia Eagles have found success in NFL drafts over the years. Not every draft class has panned out, but Eagles fans should be confident heading into the draft knowing that the franchise has taken draft days seriously and done well to scout the potential talent available throughout the seven rounds of action.
It’s Doug Pederson first NFL Draft with the Eagles. Yet, he’s been a coach under Any Reid who has found some of the best players ever drafted by Philadelphia. This has allowed him to learn from one of the best coaches and draft day masterminds in Eagles history.
There have been some years where his and the organization’s picks were questioned at first as there was other top talent still on the table, but some of these questionable picks ended up being the right decision for the club in future years.
