1. Jacksonville Jaguars

Despite shelling out some cash in free agency to bolster their roster, the Jacksonville Jaguars still have a boatload of cap space left to spend. They also have tried to add a superstar defensive back to their roster ever since Gus Bradley came to town.

With the Jaguars looking to win this year with an improved roster under Bradley, they need to do whatever it takes to get Norman on the roster. With what should be a good pass rush in front of him, the Jaguars can give him the money that he wants and they can overpay him too if they need to.

The Jaguars have already added Malik Jackson up front and have Dante Fowler Jr. returning from injury this season. They also have a high first-round pick and Blake Bortles is only going to get better on offense for Jacksonville. Things are beginning to take shape and this could be the season where the team fires on all cylinders.

It would also give the Jaguars more flexibility with what they can do on draft day. If that means taking someone like Myles Jack instead of a Jalen Ramsey, then they can do that. They could also take Ramsey if he’s there and really bolster their secondary for the future.

Adding Norman gives the Jaguars endless potential and it’s the perfect match for any team and player.
