James Harden throws down the hammer on the Golden State Warriors

Ugh, this was gross. Harden screened for Patrick Beverley, and Klay Thompson denied him the ball at the three-point line. The Bearded One sees a wide-open lane, cuts and receives the ball for the jam.

James was fantastic last night. In the fourth quarter, he pulled up on Draymond Green and sank the shot. But that’s not even the best part of the play. As they were running back down the court, the two participated in a staring contest.

Dirk Nowitzki doesn’t dunk very often anymore. Unlike his offensive game, his legs are starting to age. But I’m not sure Dirk’s to blame for being victim to this Russell Westbrook block. Nowitzki seems to have a clean look, but Russ just floats in the air.

Dwight Howard swats Festus Ezeli’s shot off the glass

During this season, there’s been plenty and plenty of talk about Dwight Howard and his decline from superstardom. At his best, Dwight was a dominant force in the paint on both sides of the floor. As he gets old, and his athleticism abandons him, he finds other ways to impact a game, but he’s still blocking shots.

Patrick Patterson recovers and blocks Solomon Hill

Solomon crosses Pat-Pat over and cruises into the lane. What would normally be either a foul or a bucket turns into an awesome play as Patterson turns around and skies for the rejection.
