3. Adam Conley-Miami Marlins

Conley has been solid in his second season in the Majors and has earned his spot in the rotation. Ā He has totaled 12.2 innings in his last two starts allowing four total runs in 12 hits.

The reason that Conley is an attractive option today is that he has a ton of strikeout upside. Ā He has 19Ā strikeouts in his 13.2 innings this season, and he’s also in a good matchup today against the Giants.

Conley has yet to face the Giants in his career, but he should be in a matchup he can win as he faces Matt Cain who enters the game 0-2 with a 6.46 ERA. Conley is a little higher-risk than Holland, but his strikeout potential makes him a good option to consider today.
