3. Adam Conley-Miami Marlins

Conley has been solid in his second season in the Majors and has earned his spot in the rotation.  He has totaled 12.2 innings in his last two starts allowing four total runs in 12 hits.

The reason that Conley is an attractive option today is that he has a ton of strikeout upside.  He has 19 strikeouts in his 13.2 innings this season, and he’s also in a good matchup today against the Giants.

Conley has yet to face the Giants in his career, but he should be in a matchup he can win as he faces Matt Cain who enters the game 0-2 with a 6.46 ERA. Conley is a little higher-risk than Holland, but his strikeout potential makes him a good option to consider today.
