The first half of Game 4 between the Portland Trailblazers and Los Angeles Clippers hasn’t been pretty. Both teams have shot less than 40 percent from the floor.
That being said, not everything has been ugly. Take this Damian Lillard assist, for instance. On what seems to be a broken play, Dame snatches the ball out of a crowd of Clippers and Allen Crabbe near the top of the key. He spots an opening and a lonesome Blake Griffin protecting the basket, so he attacks. Lillard takes a couple dribbles to the free throw line and freezes Griffin as he passes the ball to Maurice Harkless without even looking.

Even when Dame isn’t getting buckets, he’s distributing the basketball. He finished the half with four assists, which is about what he’s averaged per game in the series.
