The first half of Game 5 between the Atlanta Hawks and Boston Celtics was ugly. The score heading into the third quarter was only 47-39 in favor of the Hawks.

Boston fought back to reduce the deficit to five, but then Atlanta took off. Kyle Korver started hitting threes, they finished wide-open layups and Boston’s defense collapsed. In the run came a Paul Millsap three that fell with the help of a Friendly Bounce.

Trillsap caught the ball at the top of the key with no one near him. Literally. Brad Stevens had the best chance of hindering Paul’s shot, and the Celtic’s bench was on the opposite side of the court.

Anyways, the Hawks forward shot the ball, and it hit the rim four or five times before going in.

Extra notes:

  1. Kent Bazemore is on the damn court waving his towel, and it’s awesome.
  2. Julio Jones of the Atlanta Falcons loves it.
