The Chicago Bears moved up into the Top 10 after swapping picks with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

There were trades abound in the NFL Draft this year, as the Browns and Bucs both moved down and out of the Top 10. After Cleveland and Tennessee made a deal, the Chicago Bears forked up a fourth round pick to move up to the No. 9 overall pick.

That trade landed them Georgia linebacker Leonard Floyd, who was projected to go at No. 9 overall but to Tampa Bay and not Chicago.

The Buccaneers deserve to get roasted for this, as they only picked up a fourth-round pick in exchange for moving the No. 9 pick. The Browns had just fleeced the Titans to swap picks and move down not that much further, but you have to wonder if maybe no one else was offering anything better than a fourth.

That being said, the Buccaneers are a disaster waiting to happen, and this might be another step towards that.
