The NBA has a pair of Game 7’s on tap for this Sunday, May 1 along with the start of a very interesting Western Conference semifinals matchup where the defending champs will have to get by without the reigning NBA MVP.  With three good games to enjoy this afternoon and tonight, it’s a good day to get your DFS fantasy basketball team together over on DraftKings. To help you know who to target from the six teams in action, check out my DraftKings daily picks on the following slides.

More from Charlotte Hornets

We start the triple-header today with a pair of games on ABC starting in South Beach where the Heat and Hornets face off in Game 7 of their first round series at 1:00 PM ET.  Following that game at 3:30, the Warriors host the Blazers as they start their second round series. We wrap up the night and the weekend with the final game of the first round as the Raptors and Pacers meet in their decisive Game 7 north of the border in Toronto.

To see who I think should be on your roster from those six teams, check out my DraftKings daily picks on the following slides. My goal each day is to give you the information you need to build your own lineup that can bring home a win for your team. In order to help you find the position and price-point that you need, you’ll find two slides per position in this post–one with high-salary options and one with high-value options. Each slide contains at least two options with extras thrown in where possible.  I base each pick on the current form of each player and the positional matchups each player will face in today’s game.

I rank my picks every day using stars after each selection to show the strength of the pick. For a full explanation of the rating system, check out the last slide of this post, but in short, more stars means more confidence (on a point-per-dollar basis). Also on the final slide of the post, you can see how I’m putting together the best of my picks into my lineup for today’s competition. I suggest you build your own customized team with the players you like the most, but you’re welcome to check out my lineups and use them as a place to get started.

In my DraftKings daily picks, all salary references and references to “fantasy points” refer to DraftKings pricing and scoring.  If you are looking for similar coverage specifically for FanDuel, check the box above for related posts or find the latest on the fantasy basketball hub.
