High Value PF

Patrick Patterson-Toronto Raptors (3,600): Patterson was sent to the bench for Game 1 as the Raptors went small and only played 18 minutes.  He ended up with two points, three boards, and an assist for only 7.1 fantasy points. He is still one of the few cheap PF options getting enough minutes to consider despite his disappointing Game 1.

Channing Frye-Cleveland Cavaliers (3,500): Frye is about the only other PF worth looking at in the “high value” category, but he has played sparingly in the playoffs.  He did get eight points and a block in his nine minutes in Game 1, but barring a blowout or foul trouble he probably won’t get a ton of time.  He has upside since he produces when on the floor, but he’s a high-risk roll of the dice since he totaled just 14 fantasy points for the four games in Round 1.
