Karl-Anthony Towns can officially cross “Dole out kisses to a baby tiger” off his bucket list.

On Wednesday night, the Minnesota Timberwolves rookie posted an Instagram video of himself smooching a tiger cub:

Admit it: This is something you’ve always wanted to do. There is nothing like the rush of holding a pint-sized Panthera tigris, sans the fear of knowing he or she could feast upon your flesh at any given moment.

Towns, however, may want to work on his baby-tiger etiquette. This cub is clearly sleeping and not reacting to his/her admirer at all.

Call me old fashioned, but the real Rookie of the Year favorite would be able to command the interest of a carnivorous cat. That Towns is unable to keep the tiger engaged and occupied proves* once and for all that he will never be a superstar, and that Kristaps Porzingis is already a cooler person than he will ever be.
