5. Markelle Fultz, G, Washington Huskies

While Ball may be the most unique point guard prospect in the nation, Fultz could be the most fun to watch due to his pure playmaking ability.

Lorenzo Romar has recruited a series of impressive one-and-dones to Washington, including Marquese Chriss and Dejounte Murray, who put on a show in Seattle last season. Fultz will look to continue that run, and is already getting buzz as a potential top three pick in the 2017 NBA Draft,

The 6-4, 170-pound Fultz displayed freakish athleticism in national tournaments last year and developed into one of the most dynamic scorers in the country after playing JV up until his junior year. In addition, Fultz has the range to shoot threes, and will be able to play both on and off the ball for the Huskies next year.

Fultz struggled with his shot a bit in the McDonald’s All-American Game, but filled up the stat sheet otherwise. In 15 minutes of action, Fultz chipped in 10 points, six assists, four rebounds and three steals.

While Washington unfortunately lost Murray and Chriss to the draft, it still has a young, athletic roster, which should lead to plenty of highlight-reel plays with Fultz leading the way. Expect the Huskies to get up and down the floor with one of the highest possession per game marks in the nation.
