Looking at when Game 7 between the Raptors and Heat in the 2016 NBA Playoffs will be played

Though there have been plenty of fantastic series in Round 2 of the 2016 NBA Playoffs, there’s only one still going on. Despite a litany of injuries affecting both teams playing in the Eastern Conference semifinals series, the Toronto Raptors and Miami Heat are still waging war on one another to see who will face the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Early in the series, it looked like the outcome would be determined in the end by who won the battle in the frontcourt between Raptors center Jonas Valanciunas and Heat center Hassan Whiteside. However, as both big men suffered injuries early on in the series, the complexion of everything out in the East changed in a hurry.

Since then, it’s been back-and-forth, but the predominant battle has been going on in the backcourt with Dwyane Wade turning back the clock on a number of occasions—including at the end of Game 6—and Goran Dragic joining him. For the Raptors, it’s been Kyle Lowry and DeMar DeRozan finally rising to the occasion.

With all of this drama, fans of the NBA and of both teams are surely wondering when Game 7 between these two teams will be played to determine who will advance to the Eastern Conference Finals. Fans won’t have to wait long at all for that enormous matchup, though, as Raptors vs. Heat Game 7 will take place on Sunday, May 15 at 3:30 p.m. ET at the Air Canada Centre in Toronto, ON.
